December 2024: A workshop on The IFQM Approach to Assessment and Counselling
Be it strategic steering or operational excellence, the group has proven credentials in uplifting organizational quality, innovation and excellence practices. The members come from a variety of backgrounds – both manufacturing and services, spanning several critical sectors including Auto and Engg.
Under their close oversight, several companies have demonstrated sharp improvements in business performance, validated by winning of prestigious awards such as Deming, TPM, EFQM and JRDQV. The members acknowledged the golden opportunity in front of them to work together and contribute to the purposes of IFQM.
Nov 2024 – Quality Summit by L & T
L&T Quality Council (QC) organized 8th Annual Quality Summit at L&T’s Convention centre, HQ – Chennai. Event hosted by L&T Construction and conducted in a hybrid (physical + online through Teams) mode.
Inaugural session graced by Chief Guest Mr. Soumitra Bhattacharya, CEO & Director, Indian Foundation for Quality Management (IFQM) and Mr S N Subrahmanyan, CMD.
October 2024: IFQM Symposium, New Delhi
The IFQM Symposium will be held in New Delhi on 15th & 16th October 2024. This Symposium will seek to heighten the importance of Quality and Innovation amongst the captains of the Indian Industry. The purpose is to enhance India’s global competitiveness, thereby help increase its share of exports in global trade.
This endeavor demands championing by CEOs across industries, active support from the Central and State Governments and a sharp focus on critical success factors such as sustained CEO engagement, rigorous accountability, robust monitoring and tracking systems to nurture a ‘Quality Culture’ within organizations across industries.
August 2024: Motherson Group – CEO/CXO Learning Mission
After successful Learning Missions at Tata Steel and TVS Motor, where many CEOs/CXOs met and had an immersive experience, we are pleased to announce our next event. Motherson Group and IFQM are pleased to host the 3rd knowledge sharing and networking session at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
The agenda for this event will include recounting of humble Motherson journey, sharing of best-practices and plant visits. More details will follow.
