The IFQM Cluster Development Program aims to enhance supplier capabilities, align on quality expectations, and foster continuous improvement throughout the supply chain, in line with IFQM’s mission to elevate Indian MSMEs to global standards.

The program’s primary goal is to enable Indian MSMEs to meet global benchmarks in quality, process efficiency, and organizational leadership by leveraging industry best practices and collaborative engagement.
