To initiate the TEPL-IFQM Cluster Development Program focused on enhancing supplier capabilities, aligning on quality expectations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the EMS supply chain.

The initiative aligns with IFQM’s mission to uplift Indian MSMEs to global standards by enhancing quality, business processes, and leadership culture. It is a collaborative effort supported by industry leaders aims to drive transformation through structured assessments, scorecards, and continuous improvement.
