Introduction to the QEP

The vision of a Viskit Bharat @2047 with a $ 30 trillion economy and a per-capita income of $20,000 has renewed the expectations from India’s business leaders and organizations. Realizing the potential of India would require their significant contributions for making India’s products, services and solutions the most preferred in the global market with the country being the destination of choice for investments and value addition.
It is with this in the background that IFQM was formed by captains of Indian industry, with the purpose of elevating India’s competitiveness at the global stage. The IFQM QUALITY EXCELLENCE PRIZE (QEP) has been conceptualized with the primary objective of representing IFQM’s purpose.
It will be an annual feature that recognizes organizations in India in both manufacturing and services that exemplify quality, innovation and excellence not only in their own performance but also the way they inspire others to follow. However, it is not just about individual excellence. These organizations would live by the ethos of collaboration, willingness to share knowledge and experience freely, mentoring small and medium enterprises, and thus contributing to raising the standards of quality and excellence for all stakeholders with a Nation First approach.

Prize Entry Fee Guidelines

Organizations applying for the IFQM Quality Excellence Prize (QEP) will be required to pay an initial participation fee of ₹50,000.
