IFQM team led by Dr. Kovaichelvan, Mentor, IFQM Academy for Business Excellence met Prof. Manoj Kumar Tiwari, Director, IIM Mumbai, and other faculty members to initiate collaboration between the two institutes. To start with, the program ‘Decision Science for Enterprise Excellence’ will be co-created and offered to IFQM member companies. An elaborate engagement plan was discussed, including, electives and courses on the topics of Quality and PG program on Quality Management / Business Excellence.
