5th IFQM CEO/CXO Learning Mission at Biocon

Biocon Group had the privilege of hosting IFQM Delegates in Bengaluru—the birthplace of Biocon and a thriving hub of biotechnology and IT innovation. The city’s unique blend of modern science and rich cultural heritage provided the perfect backdrop for the 5th IFQM CEO/CXO Learning Mission.

In her keynote address, Biocon Group Chairperson, Dr. Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, underscored the importance of staying anchored in core principles of ethics, governance, and quality. She also reaffirmed Biocon’s aspiration to achieve the prestigious Deming Prize by driving agility, continuous improvement, and consistently delivering Right First Time (RFT) outcomes.
