About the Program
Decision Science for Enterprise Excellence (DSEE) – Level 1  | Cohort 2 focuses on building enterprise capability in data-driven, analytical decision-making using Operations Research (OR).
The program equips participants to structure complex business problems, formulate quantitative models, and develop decision support systems that enable consistent, scalable, and defensible decisions across the organization

Program Outcomes
Participants will be able to:

• Sense and frame enterprise-level business and decision challenges
• Identify data requirements and availability for modeling business problems
• Formulate and solve quantitative decision models using appropriate OR techniques
• Validate solutions using sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Evaluate and build Decision Support Systems (DSS)
• Identify opportunities for horizontal deployment across the organization
