A delegation of five representatives from TVS and IFQM, including two TPM experts, a maintenance expert, the Dean of IFQM Academy, and a counsellor, visited Tata Steel to learn about best practices in the areas of Sensorization, condition-based maintenance, reliability-centred maintenance, and shop floor maintenance through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). As part of cross-learning, TVS team also shared its TPM implementation journey, highlighting their achievement of Level 4 and their goal to reach Level 5 by 2026-27.
